Antivirus Pro is a rogue AV application that purports to install itself on an unwary user’s system then displays fake scan results after. Once the user falls for this and decides to purchase the said bogus application in order to clean their system, Antivirus Pro then displays a payment window to the user wherein they are to fill it in with sensitive information, such as their name, address, and phone number.
